Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a senior product leader to own the connectivity domain, including EHR integrations, payer connectivity, and document exchange.

You will set the product strategy, direct the roadmap, and align cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments. You will also drive market research, shape solutions with customers, and define data-interface standards across Epic, FHIR, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting prior authorization automation solutions for provider health systems.
• Background in prior authorization, revenue cycle, or payer connectivity.
• 3+ years in software product management with end-to-end roadmap ownership.
• Hands-on Epic prior authorization integrations (X12 278) and knowledge of FHIR/CDS Hooks/Da Vinci.
• Track record directing engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver outcomes.
• Executive-facing owner capable of presenting to customers and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for connectivity including EHR integrations and payer connectivity.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align on roadmap commitments.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
• Serve as executive product owner for customer-facing connectivity outcomes.
• Define data-interface standards across Epic, FHIR, CDS Hooks and related systems.
