Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to collaborate with the Team Manager of Product Management for Student Outcomes Technology. You will guide the portfolio, translate user needs into roadmaps, coordinate across engineering, content, marketing, and school-facing teams, and ensure delivery aligns with strategy.

You will apply Agile practices, monitor KPIs, and help drive improvements in digital products and assessment services within education technology. Location: Salt Lake City area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management, business analysis, or similar role in edtech or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop and refine product roadmaps based on strategy and priorities for platform capabilities.
• Develop understanding of customer needs through direct interaction and translate to problem statements.
• Draft business cases with business value and defined success metrics.
• Share product performance and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Lead change management and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams.
