• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in product management, business analysis, or similar role, preferably edtech or SaaS.
• Ability to synthesize and prioritize needs of multiple stakeholder groups.
• Convert data points into actionable plans for end users.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop and continually refine product roadmaps based on strategy and investment priorities.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs through regular interaction and feedback analysis.
• Develop rapport with business owners, engineering, architecture, and other stakeholders.
• Draft business cases with defined business value and success metrics.
• Support quality management by ensuring non-functional requirements are met.
• Evaluate and share product performance and KPIs.
• Communicate the product vision clearly to all stakeholders.
• Lead change management efforts as needed.
• Work with research teams to define and measure efficacy of digital products.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and AI opportunities for the product strategy.
