Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to partner with the Team Manager of Product Management for Student Outcomes Technology. You will manage the product portfolio, define roadmaps, assess market needs, monitor delivery, and communicate with stakeholders across engineering, content, marketing, and schools.

The role emphasizes Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration to improve the PVSlearning experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of product management, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in educational technology or SaaS.
Ability to synthesize and prioritize the needs of multiple stakeholder groups.
Proven ability to manage complex large-scale projects under significant constraints using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Agile experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaboratively develop and continually refine product roadmaps based on strategy and priorities for platform capabilities.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into clear problem statements.
Draft business cases with value and success metrics defined.
Support quality management by ensuring non-functional requirements are met.
Evaluate and share product performance and KPIs.
Communicate the product vision so stakeholders understand scope and behavior.
