Pearson in the United States seeks a Product Manager to lead the Student Outcomes Technology portfolio, collaborating with engineering, content, marketing, and school-facing teams to drive end-to-end product strategy and delivery in an Agile environment.

You will translate customer needs into actionable roadmaps and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development and deployment of educational software.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with online curriculum operations and school/district protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product roadmaps aligned to strategy and investment priorities.
• Translate customer needs into clear problem statements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and stakeholders; draft business cases with measurable value.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs; communicate vision and scope to all stakeholders.
