Pearson in Austin, TX seeks a Product Manager to join the Student Outcomes Technology team. You will manage the product portfolio to optimize the PVSlearning experience by assessing market needs, defining roadmaps, monitoring delivery, and communicating with stakeholders.

The role requires Agile expertise and strong collaboration with engineering, content, marketing, sales, and school-facing support. You will drive product performance, quality, and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience with agile development processes.
• Proficiency with Jira and common office tools.

Responsabilités

• Collaboratively develop and refine product roadmaps based on strategy and priorities for platform capabilities.
• Understand customer needs through direct interaction or feedback analysis and translate into problem statements.
• Draft business cases with defined value and success metrics.
• Ensure quality management by integrating non-functional requirements across teams.
• Evaluate product performance and KPIs and communicate vision to stakeholders.
• Lead change management and work with research teams to measure efficacy of digital products.
