Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the Student Outcomes Technology portfolio and drive continuous improvement of the PVSlearning experience. You will work with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, monitor development, and communicate with stakeholders across engineering, content, marketing, sales, and school-facing support teams.

The role emphasizes Agile practices and strong collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with Pearson's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of product management, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in educational technology or SaaS.
• Experience applying Agile software development practices to product management.
• Ability to synthesize multiple stakeholder needs into actionable plans.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with online curriculum, school or district operations policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop and refine product roadmaps aligned with strategy and investments for platform capabilities.
• Understand customer needs through direct interaction or feedback analysis and translate them into problem statements.
• Build rapport with business owners, engineering, and architecture teams.
• Draft business cases with clear business value and success metrics.
• Support quality management by ensuring non-functional requirements are met across teams.
• Evaluate product performance and KPIs and communicate vision to stakeholders.
