Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Technical Sales Lead for its Southfield, MI facility with a hybrid work schedule. You will support key customer accounts and manage the day-to-day business relationship between Power Connections and customers.

You will collaborate with the Sales & Engineering teams to drive penetration of Power Connections products across OEMs and tiers, learn offerings, coordinate product launches, and represent Eaton onsite at OEM offices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–10 years of sales engineering experience.
• 3–6 years of automotive industry experience.
• No sponsorship or relocation assistance offered; must reside within 50 miles of Southfield, MI.

Responsibilities

• Support key customer accounts and day-to-day relationships for Power Connections.
• Promote Power Connections products and coordinate with Sales & Engineering teams.
• Develop relationships at multiple levels in customer organizations to enable Eaton strategic positioning.
• Represent Eaton onsite at OEM offices and assist with requirements, design evaluations and validation.
• Manage samples, orders, tracking, deliveries, and project coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project timing and milestones, communicating needs to leadership as required.
