Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Product Management for thinkorswim Web to deliver sophisticated digital trading experiences for self-directed investors and active traders.

You will translate complex trading concepts into clear requirements and collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Risk to drive feature delivery. You will participate in Agile ceremonies, support roadmap planning, and prepare documentation for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Product Development.
• Strong knowledge of financial services, investing, and self-directed trading.
• Understanding of derivatives (options, futures) and trading workflows.
• Ability to translate complex trading concepts into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and deliver features for thinkorswim Web.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for active traders.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to inform prioritization and decisions.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering through discovery, design, and release.
