Charles Schwab is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Product Management for thinkorswim Web to deliver sophisticated digital trading experiences for self-directed investors and active traders.

The role partners with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Research, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders to translate complex trading concepts into clear requirements and intuitive client experiences. The position supports discovery, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1–3 years of product management or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading workflows.
• Ability to translate complex trading concepts into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile product development.

Responsabilidades

• Define, develop, and deliver features for thinkorswim Web.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Conduct market research to improve active-trader experiences.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to inform prioritization.
• Partner with Design and Engineering through discovery, design, and release.
