Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Manufacturing and Industrial Design Systems. You will own the digital backbone enabling manufacturing planning, virtual builds, and process simulations to accelerate design-to-production.

You’ll define workflows, drive model-based data continuity, and deploy integrations across CAD, PLM, MES, and ERP to create a cohesive digital thread and faster time-to-market for warfighter-ready systems.

Qualifications

• Systems thinker who understands digital tools across hardware lifecycle.
• Strong empathy for engineers and ability to work with manufacturing and industrial teams.
• Technical fluency in CAD, PLM, process simulation, and MES platforms.
• Ability to define APIs, data standards, and architectures for design-manufacturing links.
• Proven execution with measurable throughput improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a connected pre-operations software ecosystem spanning PLM, work instructions, process/plant planning, simulation, and MES integration.
• Digitize workflows that let manufacturing and industrial engineers perform virtual builds, simulations, process validation, and DFM analysis.
• Enable Model-based data continuity—ensuring PMI, GD&T, and design intent flow from CAD through process planning to execution.
• Deploy configurable integrations between CAD, PLM, and MES platforms to create a seamless digital thread.
• Enable automation and AI with the digital thread; drive adoption of tools to 10X engineering work.
• Develop metrics and feedback loops to measure throughput, time spent per process, and build readiness.
• Drive user adoption and change management for pre-ops digital capabilities.
