Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer to model manufacturing processes and build a virtual factory that optimizes production across the Arsenal-1 facility and beyond.

You will own production lines, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Business Operations to ensure on-time shipping of cutting-edge defense hardware at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years past experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Plant Sim or DES or programming or SQL/NoSQL.
• Ability to read facility drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work in ambiguity.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Capture current process into a 3D simulation-based virtual factory.
• Create feasible plans for shop floor, warehouse, factory & supply chain execution.
• Maintain a data-driven virtual factory for future performance.
• Own the design of new production lines and work station layouts.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive to resolution across teams.
• Translate metrics into action to improve line health and efficiency.
• Produce capacity plans and staffing allocations.
• Collaborate to scale next-generation defense products.
• Work across domains from execution to strategic future state.
