Qualifications

• 12+ years in a software product management or senior leadership role.
• Ability to set product vision and drive strategy across multiple teams.
• Experience mentoring product managers and establishing practices.
• Domain expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, or logistics.
• Translate requirements into a prioritized backlog with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineering and leadership.
• Experience working on production floors observing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Setting product vision and multi-year strategy across Maritime Digital Production.
• Owning cross-domain roadmap and prioritization across factory data, MES, scheduling and AI initiatives.
• Gathering and refining both functional and non-functional requirements and setting the standard for prioritization.
• Communicating with stakeholders and senior leadership to align goals and expectations.
• Walking the factory floor and talking directly with technicians to translate observations into product opportunities.
• Aligning with the Corporate Technology product organization to keep roadmaps in sync.
