Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Manufacturing Software to own the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for factory-floor applications used by operators, supervisors, and manufacturing engineers.

You will own deployment on the factory floor, work closely with shipbuilders and operators to ensure software earns its place in their workflow, and drive adoption across production teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a software product management role
• Domain expertise in manufacturing or related industries (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics)
• Ability to translate requirements into a prioritized backlog
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems integration (ERP, WMS, MES, PLM)
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategy with tradeoffs and dependencies for manufacturing software
• Refine functional and non-functional requirements and create a prioritized backlog
• Communicate roadmap and delivery status to stakeholders and ensure alignment
• Walk the factory floor to gather context from technicians and operators
• Drive adoption and enablement of software across production and operations teams
