Job summary

Anduril Industries invites a Staff Product Manager for Manufacturing Software to lead the Maritime Digital Production portfolio. You will set vision and strategy across factory data, manufacturing execution, scheduling, and AI initiatives, guiding other product managers while balancing investments and stakeholder expectations.

You will craft the portfolio roadmap, align with platform teams and CorpTech, and spend time on the factory floor gathering insights to drive high-impact improvements

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software product management leading multi-team initiatives.
• Ability to set product vision and drive strategy across domains.
• Experience mentoring other product managers and establishing standards.
• Domain expertise in manufacturing, logistics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of ERP, MES, WMS and supplier portals; capacity and performance focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and multi-year strategy for Maritime Digital Production.
• Own cross-domain roadmaps, prioritize factory data, MES, scheduling, and AI initiatives.
• Refine functional and non-functional requirements and establish standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to align goals and tradeoffs.
• Walk the factory floor to gather feedback and convert it into opportunities.
• Collaborate with platform teams, ensuring alignment with CorpTech roadmaps.
