You will work with engineering and automation teams to turn user pain points into concrete specifications and storyboards, driving value with an agile mindset.

The role emphasizes communication, collaboration, and crafting demonstrations to align stakeholders and accelerate delivery within a fast-paced, start-up–like environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience translating customer/user needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product life cycle.
• Technical understanding of Developer and/or Productivity Tools that assist software engineers and automators.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and delivery to achieve exceptional product outcomes for our customers.
• Define and execute the Product roadmap aligned with the Development Tools Org Strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering and automation teams to transform user pain points into functional specifications and storyboarding.
• Build and deliver continual value to the business, making thoughtful trade-offs and taking calculated risks within an Agile Scrum environment.
• Develop presentations, mock-ups, flowcharts, and product demonstrations to facilitate effective stakeholder communication.
