Job summary

Justworks in New York City is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the roadmap for the RNA pod within the Time and Product Foundations domain. You’ll partner with engineering, design, data services, and customer-facing teams to deliver measurable value across payroll, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

You’ll ground decisions in customer problems, conduct high-quality research, and drive PDLC processes from ideation to execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a modern technology business.
• A comprehensive understanding of the craft of Product Management and demonstrated success mastering the PDLC.
• Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills to break down complex problems for team execution.
• Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience.
• Strong communication skills for effectively conveying product-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product vision and roadmap for the Reporting and Analytics pod.
• Conduct high-quality research to inform case development and product decisions.
• Participate in the PDLC process and tie insights to roadmap outcomes.
• Scope, prioritize, and execute projects for measurable business impact with clarity on objectives, leverage, and accountability.
• Partner deeply by Design and Engineering peers; lead effective team processes.
• Demonstrate understanding of engineering concepts, concerns, and tradeoffs; communicate them to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Drive team camaraderie while collaborating with PMs across other pods.
• Identify opportunities beyond core responsibilities to support product strategy.
