Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Product Manager to lead the RNA pod within the Product Foundations and Time domain. You will own the roadmap for how structured data becomes useful to admins and partners, collaborating with back-end engineers, data teams, and front-end designers to deliver trusted insights across payroll, reporting, and analytics.

You will work independently, ground decisions in customer problems, and align with stakeholders across Workforce Pay, Benefits,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software products end-to-end.
• Ability to partner with engineering, design, data services, operations and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product vision and roadmap for the RNA pod.
• Conduct high-quality research to inform case development and product decisions.
• Participate in the PDLC process and tie insights to roadmap outcomes.
• Scope, prioritize and execute projects for measurable business impact.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to align on requirements and delivery.
• Demonstrate understanding of engineering concepts and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Drive team collaboration across pods and identify opportunities beyond core responsibilities.
