Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the RNA/Data Analytics domain to own the roadmap for structured data access and reporting. You will work with back-end engineers on data modeling and with design on how information is surfaced, ensuring trustworthy insights across payroll, reporting, and analytics workflows.

You will partner with teams across engineering, operations and CSO to define requirements and drive the complete product lifecycle from ideation to delivery in a rapidly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a modern technology business.
• Understanding of the PDLC and ability to lead cross-team initiatives.
• Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Background in computer science (or similar) is a plus.
• Experience building new products (0 to 1) and improving existing products at scale.
• Strong problem-solving skills and deep user empathy with high UX standards.
• Experience at high-growth companies; founder or GM capacity is a plus.
• Experience in regulated domains (fintech or healthcare) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product vision and roadmap for the RNA pod.
• Conduct high-quality research to inform case development and product decisions.
• Tie insights to roadmap outcomes through the PDLC process.
• Scope, prioritize, and execute projects for measurable business impact with clear objectives.
• Partner with Design and Engineering; lead effective team processes.
• Communicate scope changes and strategic direction to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-domain PMs on shared data surfaces; deliver cohesive experiences.
• Align behaviors to our core values and foster a collaborative culture.
