Job summary

Justworks is seeking a Product Manager to own and drive the RNA pod roadmap within the Time and Product Foundations domain in NYC. You will partner with engineering, design, data services, and customer-facing teams to deliver structured data insights through payroll, reports, and analytics across web, MCP, or Slack.

You will apply customer problem framing and PDLC discipline, guiding data architecture, query design, and surface priorities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a modern technology business.
Understanding of PDLC and ability to tie insights to a roadmap.
Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
Background in computer science (or similar) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and high user empathy.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Own and drive product vision and roadmap for the RNA pod.
Conduct high-quality research to inform case development and product decisions.
Participate in the PDLC process and tie insights to roadmap outcomes.
Scope, prioritize, and execute projects for measurable business impact with clear objectives.
Partner with Design and Engineering; lead effective team processes.
Communicate tradeoffs and manage stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate across pods to align data surfaces and product strategy.
