Job summary

Justworks in New York City is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Product Foundations teams, shaping the core product, communications, and analytics layers that connect to customers. You will guide cross-functional squads, coach a diverse team, and collaborate with engineering, design, data services, operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver tangible value.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of product development leadership and 7 years as a product manager in a modern technology business.
Experience leading cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Product Foundations teams (Core Product, Communications, Analytics).
Align strategy with company objectives and OKRs.
Collaborate with Technology, Marketing and Revenue to enhance user experience inside and outside Justworks’ product.
Ensure on-time delivery within scope and high quality.
Lead customer-focused product development from ideation to execution.
Build and coach teams in customer-centric practices across PDLC.
Analyze launch results, gather feedback, and plan iterative improvements.
Advocate for robust technical roadmaps balancing debt and scalable architectures.
Communicate status, timelines, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership.
Take on opportunities beyond core responsibilities to drive impact.
