Job summary

Justworks is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead Product Foundations squads, including Core Product, Communications, and Analytics. You’ll guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable product solutions that meet regulatory and business needs.

You’ll mentor engineers, designers, and data professionals while driving customer-focused strategies and aligning with company goals. The role is based in New York City and reports to the Product Organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of product development leadership and 7 years as a product manager.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, data services, and marketing.
• Background in building and shipping complex, regulated B2B software products.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Product Foundations squads (Core Product, Communications, Reporting / Analytics).
• Align strategy with company OKRs and partner with Technology, Marketing, and Revenue leaders.
• Lead customer-focused product development from ideation to execution with a strong user focus.
• Coach and develop direct reports and cross-functional teams within a horizontal group.
• Balance technical debt with long-term scalable architecture and communicate status to stakeholders.
