Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking a Product Manager - Tech to own the customer remediation experience across Amazon's global marketplaces.

You will define how Amazon communicates with and protects customers when products are recalled or flagged for safety concerns, ensuring customers can discover, understand, and act on safety information across every Amazon surface and purchase channel. You will own a portfolio of 20+ features spanning customer notification channels, verification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience advocating for customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for customer remediation across channels.
• Define strategy to expand remediation to new channels, categories, geographies.
• Partner with applied science teams on ML-powered verification pipelines.
• Write requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize a 250+ engineering-week portfolio.
• Represent the customer remediation charter in leadership reviews and allocate resources.
• Collaborate with legal/regulatory to meet safety mandates across jurisdictions.
