Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Technical for Recipient Experience to shape how order details are surfaced to customers, ensuring timely, relevant information across surfaces. You will own the end-to-end Order Details experience with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

You will translate ambiguous information architecture challenges into scalable frameworks, partnering with many teams and communicating the product

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience delivering products and owning roadmaps
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Ability to influence engineering decisions and strategy
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Ability to represent customers and stakeholders at executive prioritization
• Strong communication for technical and executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy across post-purchase surfaces, aligning with evolving retail business
• Drive page layout optimization and seamless post-purchase flows
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with partner teams to meet business needs
• Design and run experiments using A/B testing to validate impact
• Translate ambiguous spaces into frameworks guiding strategy
• Own end-to-end delivery from requirements through launch and optimization
• Communicate vision and progress to technical and executive audiences
• Orchestrate federated platform experiences across 70+ partner teams
