Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization to own the end-to-end conversion journey from paid ads to first purchase.

You will define the CRO roadmap, run a rapid experimentation program, and improve how plans and products are presented to families. You will work with Growth Product and Growth Marketing to create a multi-channel testing strategy, size funnel drop-off, and ensure compliant, trust-enhanced flows that boost signups and paid

Qualifications

• Proven CRO track record with experiment-driven gains in consumer funnels.
• Experience optimizing fintech, subscriptions or high-growth B2C products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to write or work with SQL.

Responsabilités

• Own the full-funnel CRO roadmap for paid traffic and registrations.
• Match landing pages to ad intent and tailor messaging by segment.
