Greenlight is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization to own the full-funnel CRO for paid traffic and onboarding. You will define the CRO roadmap, run a high-velocity experimentation program, and improve how our plans and products are presented to drive signups and paid conversions.

You will work with Growth Product and Growth Marketing to translate funnel stages into multi-channel tests, analyze drop-off, and report KPIs to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 6 to 8+ years in product management, growth or CRO
• Proven CRO track record with experiment-driven conversion gains
• Paid marketing expertise: landing page strategy and funnel stages
• Customer-first UX experience with testing
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely or comparable platform
• Experience optimizing product, plans and pricing presentation
• Strong analytics: SQL and tools like Mixpanel or GA4
• Hands-on MarTech/tracking (GTM, Segment)
• Experience leading engineering and design teams
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to present to senior leadership
• Ownership mindset: identify and fix gaps in product, process and measurement

• Own the full-funnel CRO roadmap for paid traffic and onboarding targets
• Tailor value-prop messaging by landing page, audience, and channel
• Collaborate to implement a multi-channel acquisition testing strategy
• Identify and size drop-off using funnel analytics and user research
• Streamline landing to registration and KYC with trust signals
• Improve plan presentation to sharpen competitive position
• Prioritize and manage a test backlog with impact, effort and confidence
• Design and run statistically sound A/B and multivariate tests across funnel stages
• Manage setup, QA, traffic allocation and test velocity
• Share results to inform Product, Marketing, Brand and Lifecycle strategy
• Define tracking from landing to activation with Analytics/Engineering
• Report KPIs to leadership: conversion rate, registration, paid, retention
