Job summary

eBay is seeking a Product Strategy Manager to translate opportunities, customer needs, and operational challenges into clear product priorities. You will partner with business leaders, Product Managers, and engineering to shape requirements and drive initiatives across Goldin and eBay.

You will independently lead assigned domains, defining paths forward and aligning stakeholders to deliver outcomes that impact our platform and users.

Qualifications

• Experience owning business, product, or technology projects from problem definition through delivery.
• Ability to turn unclear needs into structured requirements and workflows.
• Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to represent customer and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements for product and technology initiatives from problem to readiness.
• Lead Product Strategy for assigned areas with priorities, decisions, and requirements.
• Coordinate between Goldin and eBay teams to drive dependencies and outcomes.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear problems, outcomes, and rules.
• Own the business alignment throughout the development lifecycle and influence stakeholders.
