Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Content Sharing to own the Creation Tools strategy and lead large, cross-team initiatives. You will mentor PMs, partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science, and drive data-informed decisions to empower influencers, developers, and players to create and share compelling content.

Based in San Mateo, you will own problem spaces, success metrics, and roadmaps while collaborating across the Content Sharing org to raise product excellence.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product management experience, with creator tools/UGC or gaming focus.
• Senior scope experience: set strategy, lead cross-org initiatives, influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical depth and collaboration with engineers on complex interfaces and creation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end product strategy for Creation Tools.
• Lead cross-org initiatives spanning Creation Tools, Consumption, Rewards, and Platform Monetization.
• Act as senior IC: own high-impact bets, define problem spaces, metrics, and multi-release roadmaps.
• Mentor and elevate other PMs in the Social group, improve PRDs and experiments.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Creator Relations for seamless experiences.
• Represent Creation Tools in senior forums with clear narratives and data-driven reviews.
