Qualifications

• Understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, ecommerce best practices, and monetization strategies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate concepts clearly.
• Collaborative mindset to work across teams and influence design direction.
• Interest in gaming, user-generated content platforms, and the creator economy.
• Interest in fintech trends and emerging technologies.
• Self-motivated to expand design skills and incorporate AI into workflows.

• Own and deliver UX content for monetization surfaces from exploration to launch.
