You will build the brief, run the launch, and shape how millions of creators understand what is possible today and where we're headed, reporting to the Director of Creator Product

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Marketing experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, with ability to explore, experiment, and explain without oversimplifying.
• Narrative instinct to make dense technical briefings compelling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication across developers, executives, and creatives.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional GTM alignment across Comms, Legal, DevRel, and Creative.
• Deep creator empathy and collaborative approach with engineering and product partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the positioning and messaging for our Foundation AI products and turn technical capability into narratives that earn trust and drive action with creators.
• Stay ahead of the AI landscape and articulate Roblox's distinct AI-native creation.
• Thread individual launches into a larger arc and build through-lines showing where we are headed.
• Move fast and bring people with you, aligning partners without slowing down.
• Close the loop between market and product by bringing creator sentiment into roadmap conversations.
• Think beyond launch day and drive adoption and education to turn a feature into a habit.
