Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in high-growth tech, AI products or developer tools.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Narrative instinct to turn dense technical detail into compelling stories.
• Exceptional writing and speaking skills for developers, executives, and creatives.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across GTM functions.
• Deep creator empathy and collaborative mindset with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for Foundation AI products and turn capabilities into creator-focused narratives.
• Partner with product and engineering; ensure marketing stories align with product reality.
• Develop a long-term GTM narrative that communicates Roblox's AI-native creation edge.
• Lead launches and craft through-lines guiding creators from prompt to gameplay moments.
• Coordinate across Communications, Legal, DevRel, and Creative to move initiatives rapidly.
• Drive adoption and ongoing education beyond launch day to build lasting habits.
