Roblox Corporation in San Mateo, CA, is seeking an Senior Product Designer for the Ads & Brands team. You will shape monetization by designing for the core Ads Platform and tooling, balancing player delight, creator earnings, and brand value across a multi-sided ecosystem.

You will partner with product, engineering, research, and data science to translate business goals into intuitive experiences, prototype in Figma and Roblox Studio, and mentor peers to raise design craft.

Qualifications

8+ years of product design experience shipping consumer-facing, platform, or B2B products.
A portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction and visual craft with product and systems thinking.
Experience designing complex workflows for multiple user types and business needs.
Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping multi-state interactions.
Experience with advertising, monetization, creator platforms, or multi-sided ecosystems.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

Define UX strategy and design direction for Roblox’s Ads Platform and tooling.
Design end-to-end experiences for advertisers and creators to maximize impact and earnings.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Science to translate goals into product experiences.
Prototype complex interactions in Figma, AI prototyping tools, and Roblox Studio when needed.
Collaborate with design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and high craft across Ads experiences.
Communicate design rationale and tradeoffs to cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
