Campus, a two-year accredited online college, seeks a Senior Product Manager, Core Systems to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of internal systems powering Campus's operations and scalable growth.

You will build and scale financial aid, tuition management, scheduling, and program delivery platforms, collaborating with Finance, Business Operations, and Academic Operations to deliver measurable business outcomes and student impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in software.
• Experience scaling complex systems for growth.
• Understanding of internal operations and workflow-driven products.
• Analytical mindset with metrics-driven decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers on integrations and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal products and systems.
• Build and scale our financial ops platform across financial aid, government funding, tuition, payments, and revenue operations.
• Scale scheduling and program management for a growing portfolio of degrees and modalities.
• Solve complex problems balancing scale, flexibility, and profitability for students and internal teams.
• Partner with Business Ops, Finance, Engineering, and Design to translate requirements into scalable products.
• Drive data-informed product decisions with clear success metrics and ROI impact.
• Leverage AI and automation to simplify workflows and accelerate delivery.
