Job summary

Campus seeks a Senior Product Manager, Core Systems, to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of internal systems that power Campus's business operations. This includes financial aid, tuition management, scheduling, and program delivery at scale.

You will partner with Finance, Business Operations, and Academic Operations to build scalable products, drive data-informed decisions, and enable Campus to scale 10x while making high-quality education more accessible and affordable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building and scaling software products that drive business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of internal operations and workflow-driven products.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex requirements clearly.
• Experience scaling systems with growth in users, volume, or complexity.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal products and systems powering financial and academic operations.
• Build and scale the financial ops platform across financial aid, tuition, payments, and revenue operations.
• Scale scheduling and program management to support expanding degree portfolios and student needs.
• Partner with Business Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Design to optimize workflows and automation.
• Drive data-informed decisions with clear success metrics and impact on revenue and margins.
• Leverage AI and modern toolsets to simplify workflows and accelerate product delivery.
