Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Core AI Understand layer. You will define the strategic direction for ontologies, text analytics, prediction, and agent orchestration, collaborating with engineering, data science, and UX to deliver enterprise AI capabilities.

You will own roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and establish performance metrics to drive adoption, quality, and impact across Qualtrics products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including leading technically complex platforms or analytics products.
• Excellent collaboration with engineering, data science, and design teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software requirements, security, governance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for Qualtrics' Understand layer and its foundational architecture.
• Lead cross-functional work across product, engineering, AI research, data science, UX design and security.
• Prioritize investments based on customer value, developer productivity and strategic impact.
• Develop clear roadmaps, investment documents, and measurable outcomes.
• Define KPIs for adoption, model quality, and developer velocity.
