Qualifications

• Proven PM leadership: 3+ years coaching and developing other PMs.
• AI/ML product delivery: shipping NLP or AI-powered enterprise software at scale.
• Technical fluency: deep understanding of classical ML/NLP and modern LLM mechanics.
• Strategic trade-off management: experience modeling cost, latency and performance for large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Drive multi-year hybrid NLP/LLM architecture across Qualtrics product lines.
• Balance model accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability through rigorous evaluation.
• Lead and scale a team of product managers across text analytics portfolios.
• Align cross-functional strategy with engineering, privacy, and go-to-market teams.
