Job summary

Tanium is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive delivery across our AI Core Services portfolio and build the core experience and infrastructure that serve our agentic platform.

You will own day-to-day product work from ideation to launch, partnering with engineering and UX, and translating customer needs into prioritized requirements for AI-enabled development. This role emphasizes execution and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-evolving business.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of product management experience with shipped products.
• Strong cross-functional instincts across engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Bias to action and outcome orientation.
• High learning velocity and ability to ramp in new domains.
• Hands-on technical experience with AI tools.
• Comfort engaging with senior technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of product capabilities from ideation to launch in partnership with engineering and UX teams, including grooming, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
• Shape the core platform workflows and experiences that teams across the organization rely on at enterprise scale.
• Translate customer needs, field signals, and support escalations into clear, prioritized requirements and specs for AI-assisted development.
• Work with internal domain experts to ground decisions in real-world use cases.
• Conduct discovery with existing customers and present product vision, updates, and progress to stakeholders.
• Partner with marketing, enablement, and support to ensure new capabilities land successfully with customers.
• Track and deliver OKRs to measure product success and guide iterative improvement.
• Adapt plans quickly as priorities shift with the business and market.
