Qualifications

• 12+ years of software or enterprise product management experience.
• Experience with conversational AI, generative AI, or related technologies.
• Experience with enterprise AI products, including ServiceNow or similar AI solutions.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, vision and requirements for conversational AI features.
• Turn customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap priorities.
• Guide product strategy to support growth and revenue goals.
