Qualifications

• 10+ years building and leading high-performing product teams with cross-functional collaboration.
• 8+ years in software product management focused on search or RAG products with measurable impact.
• Strong AI/ML fluency and familiarity with modern search technologies.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality, scalable features at speed with outcomes in mind.
• Deep empathy for users and translating complex needs into customer-centric solutions.
• Able to leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to guide strategy and measure success.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and communicating trade-offs to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for Enterprise Search & AI, defining product strategy for search, RAG, and QA capabilities.
• Own outcomes, secure executive buy-in, and ensure initiatives deliver business impact.
• Guide engineering, ML research, UX research, and design with actionable requirements.
• Champion user-driven innovation using pilots, research, and market insights.
• Drive adoption across the platform by embedding search/GenAI across the ecosystem.
• Define metrics to capture real-world performance, relevance, and business value.
• Develop future leaders by mentoring a team of 4+ Product Managers.
