Qualifications

• 10+ years leading software product teams.
• 8+ years in enterprise search product management.
• Experience building search or RAG products with measurable impact.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for Enterprise Search & AI and define the product strategy for search, RAG, and QA to power growth.
• Own outcomes, not just outputs; secure executive buy-in and ensure measurable impact.
• Lead with technical depth; guide engineering, ML research, and UX with clear requirements for fast delivery.
• Champion user-driven innovation using pilots, research, and market insights.
• Drive platform adoption by embedding search/GenAI across the ecosystem.
• Define and refine metrics that capture performance, relevance, and business value.
• Develop future leaders by mentoring 4+ product managers and building a culture of innovation.
