Job summary

Arbital Health, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager for Contract Financials to own the product area that measures, settles, and projects financial performance of value-based care contracts for payers and providers.

You will work with engineers, actuaries, and clients to set priorities, write requirements, and ship features. This role requires deep knowledge of value-based contracts and the ability to read contract terms, review calculations, and translate data into actionable specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or similar role, with at least 3 years in B2B data, analytics, or financial software products.
• Working knowledge of value-based care contracts and related terms: shared savings, capitation, MLR, benchmarks, attribution, risk sharing, settlement, IBNR.
• Track record of end-to-end ownership from discovery to adoption.
• Experience building scalable SaaS or platform products used by many customers.
• Experience using AI tools in daily product work, drafting PRDs, prototyping, analyzing data, and writing queries.
• Ability to read a contract or settlement report and turn it into buildable requirements.
• Comfortable reading data schemas, writing SQL, and reviewing calculations with engineers and actuaries.
• Experience with healthcare data such as claims, eligibility, revenue, and risk scores.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Contract Financials and related data usage across the platform and AI features.
• Draft PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clear calculation rules.
• Scope new feature requirements by comparing contract terms with existing structures.
• Plan testing with actuaries and oversee launches and documentation.
• Triaging bugs and requests and guiding delivery to resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering and actuarial teams on requirements, methodology, and testing.
• Communicate roadmap priorities and tradeoffs to internal teams and clients.
