Arbital Health is a healthcare technology and actuarial leader that centralizes, measures, and adjudicates value-based care contracts at scale. You will own the Contract Financials product roadmap, translating client needs into configurable capabilities and partnering with engineering and actuarial teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and building platform features that accelerate value-based care adoption across payers and providers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product management, actuarial, or analytics, with 3+ years as a PM on B2B data or financial software.
• Working knowledge of value-based care contracts: shared savings, capitation, MLR, attribution, and IBNR.
• Comfortable with SQL, reading data schemas, and reviewing calculation outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap for Contract Financials, including how data and results are used across the platform and in AI features.
• Turn individual client and contract requirements into configurable product capabilities.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, including calculation rules.
• Work with engineering and actuarial teams on requirements, methodology, and testing.
• Act as the main product contact for Contract Financials questions and requests.
