Arbital Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Contract Financials, to own the product area that measures, settles, and projects financial performance of value-based care contracts. You will work with engineers, actuaries, and clients to set priorities, write requirements, and ship features.

This role requires deep understanding of VBC contracts, data analysis, and clear documentation. You will collaborate across product, engineering, and client-facing teams in a fast-moving startup

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product management, analytics, or a similar role.
• 3+ years as a PM on B2B data, analytics, or financial software products.
• Working knowledge of value-based care contracts, from an actuarial background or VBC finance/operations.
• Experience building scalable SaaS or platform products used by many customers.
• Experience using AI tools in daily product work, such as drafting PRDs and user stories.
• Ability to read a contract or settlement report and turn it into clear, buildable requirements.
• Comfortable reading data schemas, writing SQL, and reviewing calculation outputs.

Aufgaben

• Own the roadmap for Contract Financials across the platform and AI features.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; scope new requirements by contract terms.
• Plan testing with actuaries before release and ensure launch/docs.
• Triage bugs and feature requests, setting priorities and follow-through.
