Job summary

Pearson is seeking a senior product manager/strategist to lead content product work hands-on, sitting with content BU teams and guiding senior PMs. You will model taxonomy, rebuild production workflows, and elevate teams to deliver high‑quality content with measurable outcomes.

You will work across product, engineering, design, and editorial, applying AI thoughtfully where it adds value and coaching other PMs to adopt outcome‑driven planning and continuous discovery.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of product management experience in content, publishing, or content platform domains.
• Hands-on ownership of content standards work: taxonomy and metadata design, quality frameworks, structured content.

Responsibilities

• Embed content standards into real business unit work with global quality data standards and the 95 percent target.
• Redesign and shorten production workflows by removing handoffs and rework.
• Guide teams to high‑quality plans and content strategy traceable to learner jobs and business outcomes.
• Design and deliver training anchored in Pearson’s real content problems.
