Job summary

Pearson is seeking a senior product manager/strategist to lead embedded content build and standards. You will work alongside content BU teams, design taxonomies and metadata, and collaborate on production workflows to lift overall quality and outcomes.

You will own the end-to-end product approach, contribute to content strategy, and mentor other PMs while leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and governance.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of product management experience in content, publishing, or content platform domains, with technical depth.
• Hands-on ownership of content standards work: taxonomy, metadata, quality frameworks, structured content.

Responsibilities

• Owns and guides content standards and metadata design.
• Redesigns production workflows to reduce handoffs and improve quality.
• Builds and ships substantive content systems work with current AI tooling.
• Coaches other PMs and leaders across content teams.
