Job summary

Pearson is seeking a senior product manager and/or strategist to lead content standards and workflows at the edge of content modernization. You will partner with content leaders, shape taxonomies, and prototype AI-enabled production improvements alongside teams.

You will coach other PMs, design measurable quality and delivery plans, and drive continuous discovery to translate insights into better learning experiences across Pearson’s content platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in content domains.
• Hands-on ownership of taxonomy and metadata design.
• Experience with authoring and production platforms.
• Built and shipped substantive content systems as owning PM.
• Experience with AI tools in content workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and enforce the content standards spine in business units.
• Redesign production workflows to reduce handoffs and rework.
• Collaborate with content leaders on strategy and planning.
• Deliver training on content problems and tooling.
• Guide teams to measurable learner outcomes and artifacts.
