Job summary

Pearson is seeking a senior product manager/strategist to lead content standards, taxonomy, and AI-enabled workflows across Pearson’s content teams in the US. You will sit with content business units, rebuild production workflows, and guide teams toward measurable quality improvements.

You will own end-to-end product management for content platforms (CMS, DAM, LCMS), drive continuous discovery, and mentor other PMs while partnering with engineering, editorial, and design to deliver high-impact

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of product management experience in content, publishing, or content platform domains.

Responsibilities

• Implement the standards spine inside real business unit work with global quality data standards and metadata accuracy.
• Redesign and shorten production workflows, removing handoffs and rework.
• Partner with content leaders through strategy, planning, and craft, including pushback.
• Guide teams to high-quality plans and content strategy linked to learner jobs and business outcomes.
• Design and deliver training anchored in Pearson’s real content problems.
• Build AI fluency across the content talent base in a practical, applied way.
• Identify manual content tasks worth automating and prototype automation with proven value.
• Bring telemetry and human-in-the-loop design to AI-assisted content generation and QA.
