Affirm is redefining consumer payments with a Senior Product Manager who will shape new experiences that simplify repayment, boost payment success, and ensure safe, cost efficient processing. This role sits at the crossroads of Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Design, and Partnerships.

You will lead experiments, partner with design and analytics from discovery to launch, and drive a data-informed roadmap with senior leadership alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to use data and experiments to inform decisions.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving instincts.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on system tradeoffs.
• Track record from discovery through launch and iteration.

Responsabilités

• Define and own payment experiences that improve replication and repayment flows.
• Design and run experiments to improve conversion and payment success.
• Lead cross-functional work with Design, Analytics, Finance and Partnerships.
• Define sequencing and roadmap to deliver high-impact bets.
• Communicate tradeoffs clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure scalable, cost-effective payments.
