Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Consumer Payments to shape payment experiences and drive customer value. This cross-functional, remote-first role partners with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Partnerships to deliver impactful payment solutions.

You will lead experiments, balance performance and risk, and translate ambiguous inputs into a clear roadmap with senior leadership alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Analytical rigor with data, experiments, and customer research.
• Curiosity about customers and ability to fix breakdowns.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on system design and tradeoffs.
• Track record of taking products from discovery through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Improve how customers pay with Affirm, from discovery to launch.
• Create new payment experiences to improve repayment and ease of use.
• Design and run experiments to improve conversion, payment success, and cost.
• Shape how payments are processed safely and cost-effectively.
• Be a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Partnerships.
• Identify high-impact bets and present strategy to senior leaders.
