Qualifications

7+ years experience in digital product B2B product management.
3+ years experience in strategic analysis related to system implementation in a B2B environment
5+ years working with cross-functional teams
Experience managing complex products and roadmaps
Experience in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Commercial Digital Banking and fintech integrations.
Drive roadmap with Commercial Banking Team stakeholders and market research.
Coordinate with engineering, security, and vendor partners on testing, launch and sustainment.
Ensure regulatory and data security compliance for products.
Mentor other product managers and share best practices.
Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and product capabilities in agile teams.
Gather feedback to validate product against stated metrics.
